CAR PARK BASEMENT VENTILATION:

Ventilation of car parks is important to prevent the build-up of toxic fumes and Flammable gases from motor exhaust and also to clear smoke in the event of a fire.

The National Building Code (NBC) specifies what is required to maintain safe
conditions in normal condition and in emergencies.

We select combination of Equipments to restrict concentration level of carbon monoxide (CO) within permissible limit.

Proper flow of Air can be ensured by both conventional Duct work method and Duct less ventilation system depending on available basement height.

Traditional mechanical extract systems use sheet metal ductwork to transport the fumes or smoke being extracted to the external atmosphere. The ducts must be evenly distributed around the car park and also drop to low level to provide the low level extract points.

In Ductless Ventilation system, Jet fans are used to replace the ductwork and to drive
the fumes or smoke towards the extract fans to keep pollution within acceptable levels and to clear smoke.

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is used to help design complex smoke control systems and is a useful tool for predicting their performance. The expertise of system design lies with us and we use latest technologies to use the most optimum location of the fans

CO sensors will be installed as per the analysis. A Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) will be acted on CO detectors and will regulate the operation of the Fans automatically.

LIFTWELL & STAIRWELL VENTILATION:

For High-rise commercial Building, Fire escape Stairwell and Liftwell ventilation is mandatory now-a-days.

With proper designing and implantation, Clement engineers ensure Running of Ventilation Fans in case of fire with integration of Fire alarm Panel of the Building.

Proper Fresh air in Fire escape Stairwell, inside the Lift Machine & Lift Lobbies will ensure positive air pressure with respect to adjacent areas and ensure easy and safe escape of Personnel from Hazardous  areas.
